Here's the scoop! An update.....

Well, I've put my blog on hold for quite a while now, as I became increasingly discouraged about not knowing enough to make it look the way I wanted, and after way too much time invested in trying to figure it out! I'm here today just to tie up loose and for me, completely unraveled ends! This update is simple, I've been busy being a mom, and part time contributing editor for a friends website, and helping develop her website at www.source4interiors.com as well as becoming so involved, and honestly completely addicted to www.olioboard.com where I have been honing my interior design skills in a digital medium that was much easier to figure out than building a blog...which allowed me to get to the fun stuff... the right brained stuff, I love, which is the artistic side that I've longed to share. So have a look, see what I've been up to, and hopefully I'll figure things out for the blog stuff, and be back at it! Thanks for indulging my bit of a rant! : )

Tangerine & Turquoise

Well, I never thought I'd like the color Orange again, after growing up in the 70's and thinking I'd had enough to last a lifetime : ) But it just goes to show ya, about "a woman's right to change her mind!" But then today's "Tangerine" as it's being called, has been updated and modernized by it's color pairings with the likes of trending Turquoise and Caramels to pull off what I now am enjoying quite a bit of. It's a little Brady Bunch meets Mad Men, classing it up a bit, with modern finishing touches. Also trending are golds and bronze finishes.
